Starbucks to Close 31 UK Stores
The Independent reports that Starbucks plans to shutter 31 of its coffee shops in the UK. This include two London Starbucks cafes.
Starbucks put 31 of its British coffee shops on the market this week as part of plans to trim its global portfolio.
The sites include two in the City of London, and one each in Birmingham's Bull Ring centre, Princes Square in Glasgow and Market Place in Wigan.
Starbucks has closed about 800 stores in the U.S. so far this year.
