Victoria Justice Promotes Build-A-Bear's New Plush Smurfs
Actress and singer Victoria Justice announced a partnership with Build-A-Bear last year. Now she is promoting the toy bear chain's new Smurf stuffed toys. Papa Smurf is pictured above. He is 10-inches tall. Victoria Justice also has a special section here on buildabear.com.
