Nordic Walking Improves Common Exercise

It may look funny at first, but Nordic walking can burn extra calories and use more of your muscles than regular walking. Nordic walkers swing two nordic poles, like those used for cross country skiing, with them while they walk. The exercise is starting to grow in popularity in the United States. It is already popular in Finland where over 300,000 people regulary nordic walk.
