Video: Mark Bittman Makes Shrimp Stuffed Avocados, Melon Soup With Proscuitto

Mark Bittman, author of How to Cook Everything, stopped by The Today Show to demonstrate some meals that won't heat up your kitchen: in fact, they don't require cooking at all. Mark prepared avocados stuffed with crabmeat, cantaloupe soup with proscuitto and shrimp and mango romaine rolls for Matt Lauer. We love when Matt does these segments. He treats the chefs like they are political figures with something to hide and constantly questions them about the recipes, variations on the recipes and the like. But Mark isn't putting up with any nonsense and starts getting grumpy. It's pretty funny. Take a look:

You can find Mark's recipes for Crab-stuffed avocado halves, Cantaloupe soup with prosciutto and Shrimp and mango romaine rolls here.
