National Geographic explores the world of male cosmetic surgery. Plastic surgery is on the rise with men. National Geographic brings the same serious, documentary style that it would for a series on polar bear habitats or rare birds to the story of Jay, a man who would like buttock implants. It's a dangerous surgery -- if the doctor hits the sciatic nerve, he'll be paralyzed. Our only complaint is that we didn't get a swimsuit shot at the end so we can really judge the results. The cameras follow him post-surgery, but he's wearing baggy jeans. But he seems pretty happy. Warning: there are some mild surgery scenes.
