Tiger Woods to Return to Golf Next Week at Bridgestone Invitational
Tiger Woods announced on his website that he will return to golf next week at the Bridgestone Invitational at Firestone Country Club in Akron, Ohio. Tiger Woods has not been playing for the past three months because of an injured left leg.
Tiger Woods said on Twitter that he is "Feeling fit and ready to tee it up at Firestone next week. Excited to get back out there!" Woods just recently began hitting golf balls again following rest and rehab.
Tiger Woods has plunged from his ranking of #1 in the world in golf to #24 since his pattern of scandalous affairs was revealed to all in 2009. There will be a lot of pressure on Woods to perform well next week. Take a look:
