True Blood star Alexander Skarsgard is the face of Hickey Freeman's Fall 2010 collection. He was photographed by Annie Leibovitz for the campaign. The Wall Street Journalreports that Hickey Freeman has updated its look with its Fall collection.
Now Hickey Freeman suits, previously known for a boxy fit and a conservative style, boast things like less-padded shoulders, softer chests, a trimmer silhouette and flat-front pants, plus bolder patterns and fabrics.
Hickey Freeman hired designer Joseph Abboud in January as its new creative director. Abboud told the Wall Street Journal, "We want to attract the younger and younger-thinking customer. Hickey Freeman was much more traditional under the old regime. It lacked sex appeal."
