Dr. Jennifer Ashton talks about computer vision syndrome (CVS), which she says affects 70 percent of computer users for about 2 hour daily. Computer vision syndrome can cause eye strain, dry/irritated eyes, headaches and fatique from overuse of computers, Blackberrys, smartphones and other devices. Dr. Ashton says reminding yourself to blink more often can help lubricate your eyes. You can also try focusing on something else every 20 minutes.
