Spark's Deli First New York Restaurant to Get A Rating
The New York City Health Department has launched a new restaurant grading system. The Wall Street Journalreports that the city's 24,000+ eateries will be graded with an A, B or C depending on the number of points they receive during a cleanliness inspection. Spark's Deli in Long Island City is the first New York City restaurant to receive the "A" grade. You can read more about the new grading system here and here. Take a look:
