In honor of National Hot Dog Day restaurateur Stephen Bruce created the world's most expensive hot dog. The $69 dog was created at Serendipity 3 restaurant in New York City in June. The foot long dog was served with black truffles and foie gras on a pretzel roll grilled in white truffle butter. Garnishes included heirloom tomato ketchup and vidalia onions. Guinness has certified the dog as the world's most expensive. Take a look:
