It's almost time for season four of The Hills, which premieres on Monday, August 18th at 10:00 p.m. Eastern on MTV. We were quite taken aback by Lauren's mascara-ed tears dripping down her cheek: she must have been super upset. That was truly moving. But the most disturbing thing was Spencer's new facial hair.
