Fitness and nutrition expert Kelly Higgins talked with CNN about how many of the weight loss programs you see advertised do not work. Kelly says a lot of the weight you lose in the "10 pounds in 10 days" types of programs is water weight. He also says your weight is less on diets because you are eating less and so you have less digestive matter. He also busts the myth that lifting weights will make you bulkier. Take a look:
