It looks like they are dancing, but the President and First Lady are actually pretending to march. President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama pretend to march to music in the Blue Room of the White House on July 4, 2010. The pretend march took placed ahead of remarks to military families during a Fourth of July celebration.
