Apple iPad Goes on Sale in Seven More Countries on July 23
Apple announced today that its iPad tablet will be available in Austria, Belgium, Hong Kong, Ireland, Luxembourg, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand and Singapore this Friday, July 23. Apple solds three million iPads in its first 80 days. They have not provided information on iPad sales data since June 22nd. There still have no major tablet launches from Apple's competitors since the iPad launched in early April. However, there are expected to be several competing tablets on store shelves in time for the holiday shopping season.
