Jennifer Aniston's Trainer Shares Her Workout Routine

Jennifer Aniston has an amazing figure and is in fantastic shape. Now Jennifer's trainer, Mandy Ingber, has joined with Shape magazine to present a mini-version of the workout Jen does. Many combines traditional yoga poses with other exercises to create a unique program. We definitely like what we see: Mandy has an inspiring personality.
