Six More Banks Closed on Friday by Federal Regulators

Six more banks were closed by federal regulators on Friday. This brings the total number of failed banks for 2010 to 96. Here is a list of the banks that were closed on Friday.

Mainstreet Savings Bank, FSB in Hastings, MI
Olde Cypress Community Bank in Clewiston, FL
Turnberry Bank in Aventura, FL
Metro Bank of Dade County in Miami, FL
First National Bank of the South in Spartanburg, SC
Woodlands Bank in Bluffton, SC
