Video: Diane Von Furstenberg Teams Up With the Rockettes
Diane von Furstenberg announced that she will stage a performance of the Radio City Rockettes in Vienna for the 2010 Life Ball on July 17th, 2010.
"There is nothing more New York than the Radio City Rockettes," Diane says, "and we are thrilled to bring those legs, those kicks, and those glamorous women with us to Vienna."
The Radio City Rockettes will represent DVF in a choreographed fashion segment featuring DVF wrap rompers, a style inspired by her iconic wrap dress. The new rompers launched in the Cruise/Pre-Spring 2010/2011 collection. The event will be held at the historic Vienna City Hall, which serves as the venue for
the Life Ball and the XVIII International AIDS Conference that begins the following day in Vienna.
The Life Ball 2010 audience is expected to exceed 40,000 people at Vienna City Hall Square, as well as thousands of people around the world. This is one of the world's largest annual AIDS charity events.
