Behind the Scenes at Britney Spears' Circus Tour in Paris
Entertainment Tonight went to Paris to get a backstage tour of Britney Spears's revamped Circus tour. Britney talks about changing things up to keep the show fresh and the new number "Mannequin". Britney choreographed the number and designed all the costumes for hit. ET also gets a tour from Britney's wardrobe stylist who reveals how she manages so many costume changes during the show.
