Lea Michele, Cory Monteith and Chris Colfer Won't Return for Season 4 of Glee
The Hollywood Reporterreports that this upcoming season of Glee will be the very last for series regulars Lea Michele, Cory Monteith and Chris Colfer. The three stars' characters will all graduate from McKinley High School in season three.
Ryan Murphy told THR, "You can keep them on the show for six years and people will criticize you for not being realistic, or you can be really true to life and say when they started the show they were very clearly sophomores and they should graduate at the end of their senior year."
Season 3 of Glee will premiere on September 20, 2011.
