Video: Prince William Makes King's Speech Joke at BAFTA Event
At the BAFTA Brits to Watch gala last night, held at the restored Belasco Theater, Prince William gave a short speech at the beginning of the event. Looking tanned from being in Canada and playing polo all afternoon yesterday in Santa Barbara, he opened with a quip about Colin Firth, who played William's great grandfather King George VI in the Oscar winning film The King's Speech. William joked, "Before I start, I'd just like to thank Colin Firth for my opening line: I have a voice." Take a look:
