Facebook May Launch a Music Service Called Facebook Vibes
Facebook may soon be launching a music service. Mashable reports that the code for a music service, called Vibes, was found hidden in some Facebook code. The code also mentions a product called Facebook Peep, which is related to Facebook's recently launched video chat software.
There was a rumor in May that Facebook was partnering with Spotify to launch a music service. If Facebook does launch a digital music service, they will have to battle some powerful opponents in Apple and Amazon.com.
