Surveillance Camera Outside Restaurant May Have Captured Picasso Thief
A surveillance camera outside a restaurant may have captured the man who stole a Picasso pencil drawing. The restaurant is just a few doors down from the Weinstein Gallery in San Francisco If this is the thief in the video, then he stole the framed artwork in broad daylight. The Picasso was reportedly worth $200,000. Take a look:
