Female Writer Comes Forward and Accuses Dominique Strauss-Kahn of Rape Attempt
The rape case against former IMF head and potential French presidential candidate Dominique Strauss-Kahn has pretty much fallen apart after it was revealed that the maid who accused him had criminal ties and took money to testify against him. It looked like set up, and many expect the charged to be dropped.
But now another bombshell has dropped. French writer Tristane Banon is expected to file a complaint against Dominique Strauss-Kahn for an alleged rape attempt which happened in 2003 when she was a young journalist.
In 2003, Ms. Banon was sent to
interview Strauss-Kahn, who assaulted her. Her mother,
a socialist party activist talked her out of pursuing
charges against him. She will now go to the prosecutor
who will decide whether to
file charges. It's a pretty
shocking turn of events.
It's sounding like Dominique
Strauss-Kahn is a major creep
who has no business being
the next president of France.
