The Tokyo Institute of Technology has developed a virtual reality hair cutting technology called Air-Hair. The tool can be used by aspiring hair stylists to practice different haircuts. It looks like a very useful tool. The graphics and response time still need to be improved before the product is released. We think this would make for an interesting Shear Genius challenge.
