Crucial Confirmation Question: Is Elena Kagan Team Edward or Team Jacob?
Senator Amy Klobuchar (D-MN) was questioning Elena Kagan during the Supreme Court confirmation hearings today and revealed that her family went to the midnight showing of Twilight: Eclipse last night, which resulted in a teen sleepover (and an exhausted senator, presumably). Senator Klobuchar said that she really wanted to ask Elena about the famous case of Edward vs. Jacob or or vampires vs. werewolve in general. Ms. Kagan interrupted the senator to say that she really wished that she wouldn't ask her that question, and the senator complied. It was pretty funny, but now we will never know the
