Kellogg's Recalls 28 Million Boxes of Cereal Including Froot Loops, Apple Jacks
Kellogg has issued a voluntarily recall of select packages of Kellogg's Corn Pops, Honey Smacks, Froot Loops and Apple Jacks cereals. Kellogg's says consumers should not eat the recalled products because they do not meet quality standards. Here is a list of the recalled products.
Kellogg says the products are being recalled because a substance in the package liners was discovered that can produce an uncharacteristic waxy-like off taste and smell. Kellogg says there is a smell coming from the products packaged in white foil bags. Kellogg has provided a faq on its website.
