She says passengers are still waiting for their luggage from flights that happened months ago (certainly true) and -- shockingly -- that a BA employee used a vicious racial slur, calling her a "gollywog supermodel."
She sounds so calm, rational and sincere in her apology to the police. But Naomi has had so many "rage" incidents that she really needs to get some help. For her latest incident, she has been sentenced to 200 hours of community service and must pay fines.
