Institut Esthederm is a French spa line that is very popular in Europe and which is expanding into the U.S. The Cellular Water line was created to help your skin stay hydrated without irritation. The company says that the Cellular Water line contains 98% of the physiological components of the natural moisture in your skin, which is what makes it such an effective hydrator. We couldn't say why it works, but it's a lovely moisturizer that we are now quite fond of.

The fragrance of the Cellular Water Cream is extremely light and pleasant and our skin felt moisturized (but not greasy) all day. It also made a great primer for makeup.
