On the red carpet Katy Perry wore a Zuhair Murad see through minidress studded with strategically placed crystals. She accessorized with slate grey platform stilettos, a blue Betty Page wig and neon yellow Minx manicure. We loved the wig and the Cleopatra eye makeup. We liked the heels, but we do think she could have chosen a better color for the shoes.
