Awards, hot-tempered, foul-mouthed studio head Les Grossman (Tom Cruise), gives Robert Pattinson some advice about his hairstyle. When Rob offers to actually wash his hair for the awards show, Les goes off on him telling him that his filthy hair is what made him a star and that he'd be flushing his career down the toilet if he cleans it up.
