Lady Gaga talks to CNN's Jason Carroll about bullies, and feeling like she's onstage all the time. Gaga says critics are bullies and bullies are critics. She says there is a difference between taking constructive criticism, and looking outwards for approval, which should come from inside one's self.
She says:
"Success and peformance are one
and the same. I don't feel
alive unless I'm on stage.
I feel that every moment
of my life is a performance."
Gaga reveals that the moments
she feels the most strange
are when she is all alone,
like in the bathtub. She's
always looking for the camera
to smile at, to tell a story.
That's her destiny, she says.
