Heidi Montag is still trying to persuade Michael Bay to hire her to replace Megan Fox in Transformers 3. She tweeted a link to a video to @michaelbay on Twitter. The video shows Heidi training with a gun at American Defense Enterprises. Last week, Heidi told Michael Bay he is an "artistic brilliant genius."
