Spike TV has announced it will crown Jennifer Aniston with the Decade of Hotness award during its fifth annual "Guys Choice" awards. Past winners have included Halle Berry and Charlize Theron. Spike TV calls the honor the "ultimate term of endearment." The awards show premieres Friday, June 10 at 9 PM ET/PT on Spike TV.
