Taiwanese Hairdresser Makes Shoes Using Human Hair
CBS News reports that 54-year-old Taiwanese hairdresser Shiou-ying Tsai makes shoes and other accessories out of human hair. The high heels in the video took her a month to make. CBS News says the items Shiou-ying makes are not for sale. Take a look:
