California Pizza Kitchen Launches Strawberry Shortcake
California Pizza Kitchen has announced the launch of Strawberry Shortcake. The new dessert was launched for Mother's Day. The dessert serves up fresh strawberries on a shortcake biscuit with homemade whipped cream and candied lemon zest.
Rick Rosenfield and Larry Flax, co-founders and co-CEOs of California Pizza Kitchen, said in a statement, "The Strawberry Shortcake is certainly a perfect way to celebrate Mom and top off the meal."
