Coffee Joulies Are Designed to Regulate the Temperature of Your Coffee
Two inventors named Dave created a product called Coffee Joulies. The little beans were designed to cool your coffee down to a drinkable temperature in under 90 seconds and then keep your coffee hot for twice as long. The company says one Coffee Joulie is designed to regulate the temperature of four ounces of coffee. The bean-shaped stainless steel Joulies. which the company calls "miniature thermodynamic heat storage devices," contain a "non-toxic material" inside them that helps regulate temperature. The material inside the metallic beans melts at 140 degrees Fahrenheit but began to solidify at cooler temperatures.
The Daily Mailreports that the Coffee Joules will go on sale soon for $50 a bag.
