Designers Work With Repurposed Denim for Project Blue
Several noteworthy designers worked with repurposed denim to create outfits for Barney's New York and Elle's Project Blue. The outfits are being auctioned on eBay to benefit Oceana, an international organization focused 100% on ocean conservation. The designers involved include Stella McCartney, Derek Lam, Alexander Wang, Bottega Veneta, Rodarte, Rogan, Anne Demeulemeester and Versace. Pictured above is a denim coat and jumpsuit designed by Stella McCartney. Pictured below is a denim jacket and shorts designed by Alexander Wang.
