Tyra Banks' stalker, Brady Green, was found guilty, but he probably won't do jail time.
"The behavior was hounding," said Criminal Court Judge James Burke, who handed down the verdict after hearing closing arguments Thursday morning.
Burke, who said he would spare Green any time behind bars, told the defendant's lawyer to help the Banks-obsessed man find a new place to live.
"Put Mr. Green in a location where he can thrive," Burke said. "And that location is not likely to be the city of New York."
Green was convicted of stalking and harassment, and the judge extended an order of protection to keep him clear of Banks. Green could have faced 90 days in jail.
"I'm disappointed with the verdict, but I'm glad the judge did not send him to jail," said defense attorney Jeffrey Berman.

Banks became so unnerved by the unwanted attention that she was barricaded inside her dressing room by other members of her staff on March 18, 2008.
When arrested at a nearby McDonald's, Green was carrying three magazines featuring Banks on their covers.
Green kept telling the arresting officer that he and Tyra were great friends. So creepy.
