Jo-Ann Stores Hosting Make It Take It Mother's Day Event
Jo-Ann is offering to help kids make Mother's Day gifts for their mothers. Jo-Ann will host a free Make It-Take It event in every store across the country on Saturday, May 8 from 1 to 3 p.m. Children will have the opportunity to make two projects -- a "hand" made flower bouquet and a fingerprint card.
"With today's busy schedules, it takes a lot of creative planning to be a mom," said Courtney Talkington, Jo-Ann's manager of education and inspiration. "Jo-Ann Fabric and Craft Stores put equally creative planning into the development of special handmade projects that will show Mom how much she is loved and appreciated this Mother's Day."
