Sandra Bullock Has Filed for Divorce, Adopted Baby Boy
People magazine reports that Sandra Bullock has filed for divorce from Jesse James. She has also adopted a 3 1/2 month old baby boy named Louis Bardo Bullock. People has the exclusive from Sandra herself:
"Yes, I have filed for divorce," the actress, 45, tells People in the latest issue, in which she also reveals she has adopted a son, 3 1/2-month-old Louis.
A rep for Bullock confirms the star filed legal papers seeking to end her marriage, but declines to specify in what jurisdiction they are filed. Says Bullock of her decision to divorce: "I'm sad and I am scared."
All the details will be in this week's issue of People, which hits newsstands this Friday. People also will have photos of Sandra with her adorable new baby boy, who was adopted from New Orleans. Sandra and Jesse began the adoption process four years ago and it went through before the Oscars. Sandra will now be adopting as a single parent. We're happy that Sandra has a new bundle of joy to bring her happiness while she's going through a very public divorce.
