Video: The Hollywood Sign Gets Saved From Developers
The Hollywood sign in Los Angeles was in danger of being bulldozed to make way for more development, so a group including Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger, Steven Spielberg and Hugh Hefner sprang into action to raise enough money to protect the land around the sign from development. This is the second time in 30 years that Hugh Hefner has stepped in with the final funding needed to save the landmark. Take a look:
