Op brand is coming to Wal-Mart and the company has rounded up a group of young celebs to promote the launch. Rumer Willis, Kristin Cavallari, Christina Milian, Josie Maran, Pete Wentz, Corbin Bleu and Wilmer Valderrama will star in the print, radio and online marketing campaign for that will debut this May.
The campaign has a 70s feel to it and will show the celebs
hanging out at the beach, at a ghost-town ranch and roadtripping in a vintage VW bus. To collect their paychecks, they had to form a human pyramid, ride bikes and skateboards and play in the surf.
Rumer said: "When you think of LA and the classic surfer beach vibe, you think of Op. The Op collection does a great job representing that lifestyle."
Rumer looks the best she's ever looked in this beach ad. They've airbrushed her lower face so that she now looks like Shannen Doherty. It remains to be seen if this can get midwestern teens to buy Op. It's a cute idea for a campaign -- if the clothes are as cute as the ads, we think it will sell.
