E Onlinereports that Rihanna wants her jewelry and Gucci dress back from the police as evidence after she was attacked by Chris Brown. The jewelry was loaned to Rihanna by four different companies and they want the jewelry returned. Rihanna's Gucci gown is said to be bloodstained Rihanna's lawyers says pictures of the jewelry pieces should suffice for the trial.
The baubles-a loaner pair of earrings and three rings said to be worth $1.4 million-were taken into evidence, along with the bloodstained Gucci gown Rihanna partied in that night, after Brown was arrested for allegedly hitting, biting and choking her.
Four different companies loaned Rihanna the jewels and now want the goods back, according to the motion.
Rihanna attorney Donald Fenty states that Brown's attorney and the LAPD detective overseeing the case have not objected to giving the jewels back and have said that pictures of the items will be acceptable for prosecutors to use at trial-should Brown, who's facing charges of assault and making criminal threats, end up going to trial.
The items the police are holding are said to be worth $1.2 million.
