Mom Makes Daughter's Prom Dress Out of Starburst Candy Wrappers
Kare11 reports that Kerrin Frey spent six years making her daughter a prom dress out of Starburst candy wrappers. Her daughter, Tara, will be wearing the dress to prom at River Falls High School. She also has matching purse and shoes. Tara's boyfriend Zane's vest was also made from Starburst wrappers by Tara's mom. Zane said he didn't have a choice but to wear the vest. Take a look:
