Avril Lavigne Launches Salon Effects Nail Polish Strips by Sally Hansen

Sally Hansen partnered with award winning singer-songwriter Avril Lavigne to launch a line of Salon Effects nail polish strips. The peel-and-apply strips are available in 12 limited edition patterns.
