Walmart Reduces Space for Electronics in its Stores
Chain Store Age is reporting that Walmart plans to reduce space for electronics in its U.S. stores. The company had expanded electronics space by 21% in 2009. Walmart says sales have declined in electronics. The retail plans to reduce space for flat-screen tvs and make more room for apparel.
Walmart also announced it would be adding 8,500 products to its stores earlier this month.
