Pollen and allergies are so bad in Japan that pollen forecasts have become a standard part of the everyday weather forecast. Weather News Japan has unleashed a new weapon in tracking pollen. Spherical pollenbots are now being used by to track allergens. The pollenbots contain lasers that count pollen particles and deliver updates every second about how much pollen is in the air. The eyes of the pollenbots also change to signal high levels of pollen. Take a look:
