Actress Tricia Helfer (Battlestar Galactica) participates in virtual heli-yoga, Tuesday, April 12 at Irvine Spectrum Center as part of Travel Alberta's kick-off to the summer travel season. The event enabled participants to visualize themselves in an alpine meadow high in the Canadian Rocky Mountains.
