eBay has launched its Fashion Vault online sales events. As the Wall Street Journalreports the Fashion Vault is a departure for eBay. The Vault is a way for the Internet's leading auction site to compete with newer sites like Gilt and Rue La La. The Fashion Vault events are exclusive online sales for eBay members only. The sales last for two to three days. The first sale includes offerings from the French Connection. Another Fashion Vault sale featuring men's and women's designer watches will start on April 5th.
