New home sales fell 2.2% in February to a new all-time low. Sales dropped 13% compared to February, 2009. Some analysts are blaming the weak new home sales on the weather because new home sales were weak in regions that were hard hit by snowstorms. However, this could just be an excuse. Take a look:
